Our client, a major oil and gas company is seeking a Rental Fleet Dispatcher to work within their facilities located in Midland, TX. This will be for an intitial 12 month contract which will be subject to extension.

This position requires candidates to be able to work in a fast paced environment, be on a rotating weekly on call schedule, and occasionally go out into the field and deal on a daily basis with Field Consultants.

Under the guidance of the Division's Materials Manager, and in direct support of the Materials Supervisor, the Rental Fleet Dispatcher will be responsible for ensuring the accountability, the procurement of third party rental equipment, communication with field personnel and ensuring field has required equipment on location to support field operations.
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following areas of responsibility:

Facilitate field requests for operational equipment (company owned and third party vendors)

Ensure accurate dispatching records, proper email documentation is sent to appropriate vendors for billing/tracking purposes.
Maintain accountability of company owned equipment.
Maintain a dispatch log of all equipment movements.
Maintain equipment trackers

Work as a liaison between accounting and the field
Process vendor invoices
